Terms & Conditions
Between T.S.S.G (Barbados) Ltd hereinafter “T.S.S.G (Barbados) Ltd”, “we”, or “SERVICE PROVIDER”, and the “User”, “Customer”, “You”, or “Visitor”.
Please read the details of the following terms and conditions carefully.
By accessing and/or using the www.tssgbarbados.com website (the “Website”) you (the “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted without limitation or qualification these terms and conditions, and your use of the Website indicates your acceptance as a User of the following terms of use.
If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, do not access or continue to use the Website.
Advance Payment Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required before the commencement of any service. This deposit serves as a confirmation of the service booking and secures the appointment. The remaining balance becomes due immediately upon completion of the service.
Refunds for cancellations are offered only if the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service time. Should the client cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled service time, they forfeit the deposit. This policy ensures fair compensation for our time and resources allocated to the scheduled service.
Outstanding and Late Payments
T.S.S.G (Barbados) Ltd expects all payments to be made by the due date specified on the invoice. We understand that circumstances may occasionally necessitate an extension of the payment deadline. Such extensions may be granted upon request, but this decision remains solely at the discretion of T.S.S.G (Barbados) Ltd.
Failure to tender payments by the due date will result in a late fee of BDS$100 per day for every day that the payment remains outstanding. This fee will be applied automatically and without further notice.
Should the late payment period exceed 30 days from the original due date, T.S.S.G (Barbados) Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal options to recover the outstanding balance. This may include, but is not limited to, engaging the services of a debt collection agency or initiating legal proceedings.
We strongly encourage our clients to communicate any payment difficulties promptly to avoid these penalties and to maintain a positive business relationship.
These policies are designed to ensure the smooth operation of our business and to maintain fairness for all parties involved in our service transactions.
Cancellation Policy
The User must submit all cancellations of services and refund requests at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled service time.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be offered only if the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service time. If the client cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled service time, they forfeit the deposit.
Refunds will be offered if the requested service is unavailable and it is impossible to provide an alternative service of similar characteristics at the same or higher price.
Reasons for Refunds
- The service commencement time exceeds five (5) working days from the date of purchase without the customer receiving the service.
- If the customer has paid an incorrect amount, the refund will apply for the difference in the amount paid.
- The service received substantially differs from what was described or agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Due to the different scenarios that may occur in online service booking, all cases not covered by these policies will be reviewed and processed individually by customer service agents.
Requirements
The customer who wishes to request a refund must write to the email address stipulated in “Contact and Notifications” and provide the following information:
- Invoice number (sent by email upon completion of payment).
- Description of the service and/or order.
- Reason for requesting a refund.
- Method of payment with which the purchase was made.
Once the receipt of the refund request has been confirmed, it will be reviewed. Receipt of the request does not imply authorisation of the refund.
The refund request will be analysed, and the customer will be notified, both in cases of proceeding and in those cases where the claim is declined, together with the corresponding reasons.
Processing times: The estimated processing time for a refund, once authorised, is 5–10 working days. The crediting of funds in the case of card payments will depend on the processing times of your issuing bank.

Limitation and Liability
Use of online banking without the owner’s authorisation or credentials: we are not responsible for purchases made using credit cards without prior authorisation from the owner or for the use of stolen credentials; it being understood that the person making the purchase is fully authorised to carry out the transaction and that, therefore, we cannot refuse to process it. Conducting transactions over the Internet without the prior consent of the owner constitutes fraud which is punishable by applicable law.
We do not accept, under any circumstances, any payment not acknowledged by the customer due to lack of knowledge of the method of payment or disagreement with service delivery. Establishing a claim with the bank while not knowing your purchase implies a suspicion of potential fraud; with the information of the order and confirmation of service delivery, we will have sufficient evidence to support the claim to be filed. It is therefore of vital importance that the customer always contacts us to clarify any point.
